If you smoke, and you really want to quit but can’t, try to think what your doing to yourself, and mostly the other people around you. Just do it for yourself and your family. You don’t want to die before your Mum and Dad do you? So do it now for your families sake.

Congratulations Oliver, you’ve won a Family Pass for 4 for the Odeon!
Most people say don’t start in the beginning but it is
up to you. I think the best thing to do when quitting is to stay away from
smokers for a while and if you feel the need for a fag eat chewing gum and
if you need to play with something in your hands because most of the time its
only because you need one in your hand that you think you need 1. 1 MAJOR TIP
is to have the will power most of the addiction is mental not physical!!

If you want a healthy life don’t start to smoke or stop smoking just think
about all the new stuff you could buy with the money you would spend on fags.

My tip is to never start smoking in the first place if you want a healthy life.

Try chewing the chewing gum (nicotine replacement therapy chewing gum) every time you usually have a fag.

I will give everyone some advice: You should never smoke
if you want a good healthy life. I tried to smoke once, but it’s not worth
it. Never try to smoke.

My tip if you want to live longer is to quit smoking.
Ask yourself if you think you’re being selfish because other people could die
from the smoke you breathe out. Is it worth it?

I did smoke, but then Signal One Smokebusters came in
to my School – Sandon High and told us about the effects of smoking. It made
me realise what I was doing to myself. I am healthy now, but I’m still grumpy.
I would like to say a big thank you to all the people that started Signal One
Smokebusters!

When my friend quit smoking, she bought loads of
sugar free lollies from the shop, and when she was craving cigarettes – she
just had a lolly instead!
She also really wanted to buy a new CD Player – so
everyday she would save the money she would have spent on cigs and she put
it away. After a few
months – she managed to buy a really cool CD Player! She said that saving
for something special kept her motivated when she was really desperate for
a cig!
